5. Descrizione

5.1. Generalità
Gli interruttori della serie HD4-HPA sono apparecchi ad
esafluoruro di zolfo per interno; per le prestazioni elettriche fare
riferimento al corrispondente catalogo tecnico codice
1VCP000004.
Per particolari esigenze di installazione contattare ABB.
È disponibile in versione estraibile per quadri SafeSix blinda-
ti.
5.2. Norme di riferimento
Gli interruttori serie HD4-HPA sono rispondenti alle seguenti
Norme:
– IEC 62271-100
– CEI 17-1 (fasc. 1375).
5.3. Interruttore estraibile
Gli interruttori estraibili (vedere fig. 5) sono costituiti da due
slitte laterali complete di ruote sulle quali è fissata la struttura
portante dell'interruttore stesso.
Nella parte alta dell'interruttore sono fissati i riscontri per
l'azionamento dei contatti (inserito/sezionato) posti nel qua-
dro e il connettore per il collegamento agli accessori elettrici
del comando. Nella parte inferiore dell'interruttore è montata
la traversa di aggancio dell'interruttore per la manovra di
inserzione/sezionamento mediante l'apposita leva di mano-
vra.
L'interruttore è completato con i contatti di sezionamento a
lama.
L'interruttore estraibile è corredato di appositi blocchi, sulla
traversa inferiore, che consentono l'aggancio nei corrispon-
denti incastri del contenitore o parte fissa. I blocchi possono
essere azionati dalla maniglia posta sul fronte del contenitore
solo con interruttore completamente appoggiato al sistema di
traslazione.
La leva di azionamento (inserimento/sezionamento) deve es-
sere inserita a fondo. Un blocco impedisce l'avanzamento del
carrello nel contenitore o parte fissa (per esempio quando è
chiuso il sezionatore di terra).
Con interruttore in posizione intermedia tra sezionato e inseri-
to, il blocco impedisce la chiusura dell'interruttore (sia mecca-
nica che elettrica).

5. Description

5.1. General features
The HD4-HPA series are sulphur hexafluoride circuit-breakers
for indoor installation. For the electrical performance, please
refer to the corresponding technical catalogue code
1VCP000004.
For special installation conditions please ask ABB.
The circuit-breakers available in withdrawable version for
SafeSix switchgear.
5.2. Reference Standards
The HD4-HPA series circuit-breakers comply with the following
Standards:
– IEC 62271-100
– CEI 17-1 (file 1375).
5.3. Withdrawable circuit-breaker
The withdrawable circuit-breakers (see fig. 5) consist of two
lateral slides with wheels on which the supporting structure of
the circuit-breaker itself is fixed.
The strikers for activating the contacts (connected/isolated),
located in the switchgear and the connector for electrical
accessories of the operating mechanism are fixed in the top
part of the circuit-breaker. The crosspiece for hooking the
circuit-breaker for the connection/isolation operation by means
of the special operating lever is mounted on the lower part of
the circuit-breaker.
The circuit-breaker is completed with the isolating contacts.
The withdrawable circuit-breaker is fitted with special locks, on
the lower crosspiece, which allow hooking into the correspond-
ing joints in the enclosure or fixed part. The locks can only be
activated by the handle placed on the enclosure front with the
truck resting completely on travel system.
The activating lever (connection/isolation) must be fully in-
serted. A lock prevents the truck from advancing into the
enclosure or fixed part (for example when the earthing switch
is closed).
With the circuit-breaker in the middle position between isolated
and connected, the lock prevents closure of the circuit-breaker
(both mechanical and electrical).
