Inspection and maintenance must be

Inspection and maintenance of the truck
should be performed only by qualified and
authorized personnel. Improper inspection,
maintenance or repairs will cause damage to
the truck or a serious accident.
Park on a hard, level ground
Before performing inspection and maintenance,
make sure to park the truck on a hard, level surface.
Also make sure the place is dry and without dust.
Have a good ventilation
When performing inspection and maintenance
indoors, have a good ventilation.

Have a fire prevention equipment handy whenever
working indoors. Know how to use it.

INSPECTION AND SERVICE

Wipe any spilt oil or grease. If the truck is
contaminated with oil or grease, it is difficult for you
to find possible cracks or other defects.
No fire. Never smoke or use fire or naked flame
when handling lubricants, batteries or cloth wetted
with oil.
Use appropriate tools suitable for the job you have
been assigned. Use of inappropriate tools might
cause a serious accident.
Do not use tools for purposes other than specified.

Wear protective clothing called for by job conditions.
