[Video Divide]
A single video can be split into 2 parts. This is convenient when you want to keep just the
necessary scenes, or if you wish to delete unnecessary scenes to create more storage
space on your memory card while traveling.
[Playback] → [Video Divide]

Use
to select a video to split and press [MENU/SET]

Press
at the point where you want to split a video to
pause it
• If you press
to the splitting position.

• There will be no copy of the original video saved after
splitting.
(There will only be the 2 video that were created after the split.)
Do not turn off the camera or remove the battery/memory card while the video splitting function is
working. Doing so could delete the entire video.
Video cannot be divided at a location close to the start or end of the video.
This function is not available in the following case:
• Video with a short recording time
[Time Lapse Video]
You can create a video from the pictures in a group that was recorded using [Time Lapse
Shot].
[Playback] → [Time Lapse Video]

to select the [Time Lapse Shot] picture group and press
[MENU/SET]
