  • Page 5 Einlegeblatt FA45 zur Montage - und Bedienungsanleitung 5. Ausgabe- Daten via RS422 Die ersten 10 Byte aller Ausgabestrings für alle Sensoren und alle Auswertemethoden sind einheitlich. Ab dem 11-ten Byte folgen die zur jeweiligen Auswertemethode (= Byte 8) der „Gewinnerkonfiguration“ korrespondie- renden Bytes.

Bei der Datenausgabe der Ergebnisdaten via Ethernet werden, im Gegensatz zur Datenausgabe via RS422, alle Ergebnisdaten, aller genutzten Konfigurationen nacheinander nach dem allgemeinen Header ausgegeben. Der zuerst immer übertragene 10- Byte Header beinhaltet dabei die allgemeinen Daten und Gesamtergebnisse, sowie in Byte 2 die Anzahl der genutzten /übertragenen Konfigurationen.

  • Page 8 Bei der Übertragung der Ergebnisdaten per Ethernet kann, insbesondere bei großen Datenmengen (z. B. durch Nutzung vieler Konfigurationen etc.), die Aufteilung eines Gesamt- Ausgabestrings in einzelne Datenpakete erfolgen. Dies ist nicht von der FA45 Anwendungssoftware beeinflussbar, sondern wird vom Ethernet-Protokoll aus je nach Auslastung der Ethernetverbindung geregelt, und ist deshalb nicht eindeutig vorhersagbar.   • Page 18 This can not be influenced by the FA45 PC software, as this is controlled from the Ethernet protocoll depending on the load of the Ethernet connection, and so the exact behavior can not be predicted. This should be considered with long timeout´s in the software of the date recieving system (PLC or PC).
