    Montage- und Bedienungsanleitung Einsatzvoraussetzungen Für die Konfiguration des FA45 Codelesers ist ein handelsüblicher PC/Notebook (mindestens Pentium III, 1 GHz, 256 MB RAM unter dem Betriebssystem Microsoft Windows ® 98, 2000 oder XP™) mit Netzwerkan- schluss, oder ein Netzwerk mit TCP-IP Protokoll notwendig. Für die Bildschirmauflösung werden mindestens 1024 x 768 Pixel empfohlen.

    Montage- und Bedienungsanleitung Funktionsweise Grundlagen Zum Betrieb des FA45 Codeleser müssen die Parameter des zu lesenden Codes anhand eines Referenzcodes einmalig eingelernt oder manuell eingestellt werden, bis dieser gelesen werden kann. Der zulässige Positions- bereich wir über das Sichtfeld = gelber Rahmen eingestellt, siehe Seite 26. Diese Code-Parameter werden zur Codeerkennung im nicht flüchtigen Flash Speicher des FA45 Codeleser gespeichert und sind nach dem Ein- und Ausschalten wieder aktiv.

    Montage- und Bedienungsanleitung Montageanleitung Montage Um die Messungen zu optimieren ist der FA45 Codeleser vor Erschütterung konstruktiv zu schützen. Anschlusskabel sind mit Kabelbinder gegen Verrutschen und Quetschen zu sichern. Die Positionierung des FA45 Codeleser so wählen, dass störende Effekte beispielsweise durch zulässige Positionsabweichungen des Messobjekts oder Änderungen in der Umgebungsbeleuch- tung keinen bis wenig Einfluss haben.

    Montage- und Bedienungsanleitung Elektrische Installation Die elektrische Installation des FA45 Codeleser muss durch geschultes Fachpersonal erfolgen. Bei der elektrischen Installation des FA45 Codeleser alle stromführenden Komponenten vom Netz trennen. Um Kollisionen im Netzwerk zu vermeiden, ist sicherzustellen, dass die werkseitig eingestellte Netz- werkadresse (IP-Adresse) des FA45 Codelesers mit 192.168.100.100 noch frei ist und von keinem anderen im Netzwerk angeschlossenen Gerät verwendet wird.

    Bedienungsanleitung Inbetriebnahme SensoPart liefert mangelfreie Software, die beim Kunden installiert wird und in das EDV - System des Kunden integriert wird. Werden durch Installation und Integration der mangelfreien SensoPart- Software Beeinträchtigungen, Ausfälle, Fehler oder Schäden etc. im System des Kunden verur- sacht und hervorgerufen, lehnt SensoPart jegliche Verantwortung und Haftung hierfür ab.

    Montage- und Bedienungsanleitung Auswahl Konfiguration Für die Erkennung von Codes können in diesem Bereich bis zu 32 Konfigurationen (= Codes) definiert und miteinander verknüpft werden. Auch das Bilden von Konfigurationsgruppen ist möglich. Nachdem der entsprechende Radiobutton (1 - 32) selektiert wurde erscheinen die Daten der ausgewählten Konfiguration im Bereich „C Parameter aktiver Konfiguration“, dort können sie auch eingestellt werden.

Werden dabei falsche Einstellungen verwendet, können unter umständen die Netzwerkverknüp- fungen auf dem PC verloren gehen. Zur Sicherheit sind die alten Einstellungen zu notieren und bei Bedarf wieder zu verwenden. Ein Neustart des Systems wird nach der Durchführung dieser Anweisungen möglicherweise notwendig.

Secure the connection cables with cable binders to prevent crushing or slipping. Select a position for the FA45 Code Reader in which interfering factors such as slight differences in the position of the object or variations in ambient lighting have little or no effect.

When installing the FA45 Code Reader disconnect all electrical components from the power supply. To avoid conflicts when the unit is being used in a network, ensure that the network address (IP address) of the FA45 Code Reader set by the manufacturer at 192.168.100.100 is still free and is not in use for any other unit connected to the system.
