1. Remove instrument (inside) rail from slides (Item 27)
as shown in Figure 2-5.
2. Secure instrument rail to adapter plate (Item 1 and
Item 3) with four each Phillips 10-32 x .375 screws
(Item 11). Refer to Figure 2-4a and 2-4b.
