REAR SHOCK ABSORBER
REMOVAL
Loosen the muffler clamp bolts and remove the
muffler mounting bolts.

Remove the mufflers.

Remove the grab rail attaching bolts.
Remove the upper and lower shock absorber
mounting bolts and nuts.
Remove the shock absorbers.
INSTALLATION
Tighten the shock absorber bolts and nuts.
TORQUE: 3.0-4.0 kg-m (22-29 ft-lb)
Install the mufflers.
Adjust the right and left shock absorbers
equally with a spanner wrench.
Check the shock absorber operation after instal-
lation.
