Engage the shift forks with the gears and shift

Install theshift fork shafts.

Place the transmission in neutral.
Insert the transmission assembly into the engine
case.

Press the transmission holder into place while
rotating the mainshaft.
Torque the holder bolts.
Install the oil separator.
