Corrective measure
Re-adjust the installation
position of the moving knife.

Re-insert the needle correctly.

the counter knife with a new
one.
Adjust the timing of thread
trimming cam appropriately.
Re-adjust the stroke of ten-
sion releaser appropriately.
Adjust the timing of thread
trimming appropriately.
Increase the opening of the
thread nipper bar.
Decrease the thread tension
provided by the tension con-
troller No.1.
Adjust the thread take-up
spring appropriately.
