TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
PROBABLE CAUSE
Check if hoist is not engaged.
Defective "stop" push button.
Check wiring from push button to operator
Loose connection in one of the push buttons.
Defective "open" or "close" push button.
Check the "open" Led: if OFF
Defective "open" push button
Defective "open" limit switch.
Loose wire on "open" push button, "open" limit
switch.
Check the "close" Led: if OFF
Defective "close" push button.
Defective "close" limit switch.
Loose wire on close push-button, close limit
switch.
Motor rotation is reversed on board motor
terminals.
Two 3-push button stations connected in
parallel.
Bad stop button.
Pneumatic hose broken.
Bad air switch.
Bad wiring.
The advanced close time is not proper
adjusted.
The close limit switch is not being engaged by
traveling cam.
An "open" command is given.
Capacitor defective.
Bleeder resistor faulty on capacitor.
Defective limit switch.
Limit cams are not adjusted.

Loose sprocket on limit shaft.

Disengage the hoist. (JP4 on 2-3 for
trolley & sliding operators)
