VBD® - Vacuum Dryer®
Remove the left side bolt closest to the
center of the Vacuum Chamber Fill Valve
assembly. This will allow clearance for the
Vacuum Chamber Fill Valve assembly to
slide rearward.
While standing at the rear of the dryer,
rotate the Vacuum Chamber Fill Valve
assembly to the left so that the air hose
fittings will clear the Heating Hopper
support frame.
While standing at the front of the dryer use
a block of wood to tap the Vacuum
Chamber Fill Valve assembly towards the
rear of the dryer. Be certain the air fittings
do not come in contact with the support
frame and that the assembly clears the
support frame bolt.
Remove the Vacuum Chamber
Fill Valve assembly.
