Setting DMX Mode and Address by the Set Push Button
A new Hydra has DMX address 32 set as default.
This section explains method 2, using the Set push button to set the DMX address.
Connect input 0 to terminal "G" on the DMX port.
Make sure no other inputs 1 – 9 are connected.
Please refer to Setting Mode by Push Button on page 21.
The procedure to set the DMX address by push button is the same.
Remember to enter a zero, you can press the MODE button 10 times, or hold it down until the
LED flashes.
After you set the DMX address the Hydra will flash the yellow LED in a sequence to confirm the
address:
x flashes Digit 1, pause, x flashes Digit 2, pause, x flashes Digit 3
