SendPro Tablet Operator's Guide
The power button does not light up.
Is the power cord plugged correctly?
Check that the power cord is plugged in. If plugged in correctly, try plugging it to another electrical outlet.
Why does this app ask me to allow the access to "Device internal storage" and
"Location"?
The app needs permission to download the label that you want to print and store it on the internal storage of your
device temporarily.
You must turn on the following settings on your device:
Device internal storage: Access is required when you try to print the label.
Location: Access is required for selecting Bluetooth printer in range.
How to fix Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Problems
Follow the steps below to fix printer connection issues.
1.
Connect one end of adapter to your Printer and the other end to a working electrical outlet.
2.
Turn on the printer.
3.
Open Bluetooth on your Tablet.
4.
Long press Bluetooth button to start the Bluetooth connection
Un-pair and Connect to Another Printer
Follow the steps below to forget and reconnect your device.
1.
Go to Settings and tap Connections.
