8.15 Adding a Site

Context
The chair site can add sites not on the conference control screen from the contacts list or keypad
to the conference using the Add Site function.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap more from the home screen to display the conference controls list.
Step 2 Tap Add Site to display the contacts screen.
Step 3 Select the sites to be added to the conference.
l From the Site or Local Groups tab page, select the desired sites or groups.
l From the Video Call tab page, enter the IP address or, if the called party has been registered
Step 4 Tap Call. The selected sites are added to the conference control screen and join the conference.
To add sites from the contacts list or keypad to the conference, you can also tap

8.16 Extending a Conference

Context
The chair site can extend the duration of the conference.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap more from the home screen to display the conference controls list.
Step 2 Tap Extend Conference to display the extend conference screen.
Step 3 Select the number of minutes by which you want to extend the conference.
Step 4 Tap OK.
