8.1 Viewing a Site

Context
If no sites in the conference are being broadcast or having the floor, participating sites can view
their desired sites on their HD displays. The chair site can view desired sites at any time during
the conference.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap a site in the site list to display the site controls list.
Step 2 Tap
l If you have set Continuous presence when setting the conference parameters, you can view continuous
l You cannot view audio-only sites.

8.2 Requesting the Floor

Context
If the conference has a chair site, non-chair sites must request the floor from the chair to speak
at the conference. Once a site has the floor, other sites at the conference can view and listen to
that site.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap more from the home screen to display the conference controls list.
Step 2 Tap Request Floor.

8.3 Displaying or Hiding Captions

Context
Captions include middle captions, banners, and bottom captions. When the captions function is
enabled and captions are available in the conference, the captions are displayed on the local
center HD display.
