6.3 Viewing Picture in Picture
After the picture in picture function is enabled, three small windows are displayed on the three
HD displays respectively.
The picture in picture function does not use additional system resources and does not need to be
preset before conferences, which is different from the continuous presence function.

6.4 Viewing Presentations
Presentations are displayed on the left and right HD displays. You can view presentations in
different ways depending on the system status:

6.4.1 Viewing Presentations
Context
After sending or receiving a presentation, you can configure the HD displays to show the
presentation or conference video. By default, the presentation is displayed on the left and right

screen telepresence site's video on any of the HD displays, the video from the site's center
camera is displayed by default. On the touch panel, you can drag your finger left or right
across the site name to view the video from the site's left or right camera.
– On the center HD display, you can view the video from any of the lenses at the remote
site.
– On the left HD display, you can view the video from the left or center lens at the remote
site.
– On the right HD display, you can view the video from the right or center lens at the
remote site.
NOTE
The telepresence cannot simultaneously display the videos captured by the center and left (or right) camera
lenses of a remote site on its local left (or right) and center HD displays respectively. Instead, the
telepresence system display the videos captured by the center and left (or right) camera lenses of a remote
site on its local center or left (or right) HD displays respectively.
When unified control is enabled, the three HD displays function as one display. On the
touch panel, drag a remote site you want to view to the HD display area. The video for that
site is then displayed on all the three HD displays.
NOTE
If the remote site is a Huawei single-screen telepresence site, the remote video is displayed on the center
HD display at the local site.

to disable the picture in picture function.
When the telepresence system is not in a conference, you can view local presentations and
the procedure for viewing local presentations is the same as the procedure for sharing a
presentation during a conference. See
