Procedure
Step 1 Press the power button of the microphone to power it on.
Step 2 Tap
Step 3 Tap
The DP300 automatically scans the wireless microphone.
Step 4 Tap and hold the button in the center of the microphone.
If this is the first time the microphone is powered on or if the Wi-Fi settings have been changed,
tap and hold the button in the center of the microphone for 3 seconds or more.
Step 5 Confirm the settings as prompted.

6.10 Adjusting the Volume at Your Site
You can tap the volume adjustment button in the lower right corner of the display to adjust the
sound heard by the local site.

Changing the volume affects only the sound you hear at your site.
6.11 Muting or Unmuting the Microphone at Your Site
After you have muted the microphone at your site, the other sites in the conference cannot hear
your site. To reverse that, unmute the site microphone.
You can mute or unmute the microphone at your site in either of the following ways:

If the system comes with a VPM220W wireless microphone array, press the power button of
the microphone to power it on.
If this is the first time the microphone has been powered on or if the Wi-Fi settings have been
changed, tap and hold the button in the center of the microphone for 3 or more seconds or more.
In the displayed dialog box on the screen, select OK and tap OK.
When the microphone is powered on, the indicator is on.
