7.1 Managing Scripts

Context
From the Telepresence System Manager, you can create, edit, or delete scripts. For example,
you can adjust the font size of scripts, set the script to bold or not, and change the text color.

7.2 Viewing Scripts

Context
Select a script to be displayed from the touch panel. If the script is long, it is displayed on several
pages. Scripts can only be displayed on the local center HD display.
Procedure
Step 1 From the home screen of the touch panel, tap
Step 2 Tap a desired script to display the Script screen.

Creating a Script
1. From the home page of the Telepresence System Manager, choose Records >
Script > Create.
2. Edit the title and content of a script.
In the content area, you can use the following icons to adjust the font:
– : sets the text to bold or not.
: set the script size.

– : increases the font size.
: decreases the font size.

: changes the text color.

3. Click Save.
Editing a Script
1. Select a script, click Edit.
2. Edit the script on the Edit Script page.
3. Click Save to save the settings.
Deleting a Script
Select one or multiple scripts, and click Delete.
