The I/O block reads the switches first to determine if the switches are set to a valid number.

    8 1732E ArmorBlock Dual-Port EtherNet/IP 4-Point Thermocouple and RTD Input Modules If DHCP is not enabled, the I/O block uses the IP address (along with other TCP configurable parameters) stored in nonvolatile memory. Network Address Switch value 001 The module IP address cannot be the same as the gateway address. If the address switches are set to 001, the module IP address becomes 192.168.1.1, which is the same as the default gateway address.
