Problem
Device does not appear on
supervisory controller.
Device appears on
supervisory controller, the

Possible Solution
Follow commissioning procedures for
supervisor controller.
Check the supervisory controller's
communication summary for percentage of
lost packets. If problem remains constant
with one particular module, reposition that
module or add a repeater.
Slave module is not communicating with the
master. Press Test button on slave module
and allow ample time to establish
communication. If the yellow LED remains
on, reposition the slave module to improve
line of sight with the master.
Ensure that you have followed the
installation steps in the proper order. A good
communication path needs to be
established between the master and slaves
before connecting the supervisory controller
and commissioning devices. Install the
master as high as possible to ensure optimal
coverage.
Allow ample time for the master to
reconfigure the communication path. If
other modules do not return "on line" press
the Test button on the slave module that is
"off line". If the module does not return "on
line", it is possible that communication is
blocked. If this is the case, reposition the
slave module or add a repeater between the
master and slave.
Press the Test button and allow ample time
for the master to establish a new
communication path.
