HART variable data record

The AQ 4xI HART analog module supports a maximum of 4 HART variables per channel.
Provided they are supported by the connected field device, these variables are ready cyclically.
These 16 HART variables are made available as readable variables in HART variable data
record 121.
Each HART variable consists of a 4-byte real value and a quality code byte. See section "HART
variables (Page 24); "Quality code".
