Use the Control 1 Knob Assign and Control 2 Knob Assign dropdown menus to select which
parameter are assigned to CONTROL 1 & CONTROL 2 knobs on the face of the pedal.
External Control
The External Control block is where external expression control is assigned to devices like the Source
Audio Dual Expression Pedal, Hot Hand 3 Wireless Controller, and expression devices connected to a
Neuro Hub. All external control expression devices connect to the CONTROL INPUT jack on the
topside of the pedal with a 1/8" TRRS cable.
ON Button: Engages/disengages external control.
Control Source: It is possible to control up to three parameters with external expression –
each of the three rows in the External Control block are assignable to a single parameter. Use
the Control Source dropdown menus to select the type of external controller being used.
There are three different options in this menu:
Control Input X: Select this option when using an expression pedal or the X-axis of

the Hot Hand 3 Wireless Controller.
Control Input Y: Select this option when using the Y-axis of the Hot Hand 3 Wireless
o
Controller.
Expression (Hub/MIDI): Select this option when using an expression controller
o
connected to the EXP IN or SENSOR IN jacks on the Neuro Hub.
OFF: Use this option to disengage expression control for the entire row.
o
Control Option: Select from a long list of parameters available for expression control.
Min (%) and Max (%): Sets the high and low points of each parameter receiving expression
messages. Setting Min (%) to 0 and Max (%) to 100 will assign the full breadth of the
parameter to the expression controller.
