DEGRADE DESTRUCT : Manipulates
the output signal in some kind of
destructive way. Actual effects
vary by engine...
VARY : Explore the sonic limits
of each engine. See back for
specific controls.
MIDI : 3.5mm TRS THRU goes here.
EFFECT SELECTOR : "The brain"
(see back). A 7-way rotary
selector containing 7 base
"engine" starting sounds. Will
override preset settings!
OUTPUT 1 (Mono)
OUTPUT 2 (Stereo)
BANDWIDTH Switch : Alters the
age-related characteristics
(typically, EQ voicing or
sampling rate) of the effect.
ON/OFF Footswitch : Engages or
disengages the effect.

FILTER : Adjusts the tone,
ladder filter centerpoint,
or dark/bright character of
the signal.
PRESETS : Press & hold to save a preset. Push to cycle through
preset slots. First 4 banks of 4 all have a different colour.
Use Neuro to create new sounds & download community sounds!
POWER : 9VDC only. Center negative. 200mA.
Preferably isolated.
CONTROL INPUT (TRRS) : Connect
to external Source Audio utility
devices. OR press ALT button
to access secondary controls!
MIX : Sets the wet/dry mix of the
effected signal. Noon is 50/50.
Tap ALT & turn MIX for Output.
MIDI : 3.5mm TRS IN goes here.
MODULATION : Modulates the sound;
typically by using 1 of the 2
onboard LFOs.
Knob function controlled by
"Rate/Depth/Shape" switch .

OPTION Footswitch :
Tap (& sometimes hold) to unlock
new sound behaviors; wild
oscillations, time stoppage.
