- Remove V-belt cover
(see section 05.09.01)
Models with Vario drive
- Detach V-belt at gearbox.

Models with single speed /
three-speed drive
• Push screwdriver 1 between V-belt 2
and V-belt pulley 3.
Models without blade clutch /
without Quick-Start
• Actuate motorstop control bar 5, in
order to release the engine brake.
Models with Quick-Start
• Actuate motorstop control bar 5,
actuate Quick-Start lever 6 in order
to release the engine brake.
(deactivate Quick-Start beforehand,
see section 12.01.)
• Slowly pull out starter cable 4 in
order to lift the V-belt off the V-belt
pulley.
- Blade bushing -
- Remove lower cover
(see section 05.12.01)
- Remove V-belt from engine V-belt
pulley.

• Screw in blade fastening screw 1 by
approx. 1/3.
Models with Vario drive
• Remove blade bushing 2 together
with Vario V-belt pulley 3 and spacer
sleeve 4 from the engine shaft using
puller 5.
Models with single speed /
three-speed drive
• Remove blade bushing 2 from the
engine shaft using puller 5.

• Pull Vario V-belt pulley 1 off blade
bushing 2.
