    Assembly Instructions Secure Upper Main Frame and Lower Main Frame CAUTION Gently hold wires as you lifting up the Upper Frame to prevent crimping and damage to wires Remove the Main Frame[1] and all components from the CAUTION box. Check all parts against the box contents. Carefully Attention to the Lift the Upper Main Frame into the vertical position.

    Operating Instructions CHANGING RESISTANCE LEVEL Changing resistance on your Power ERG is simple. The level of resistance is determined by the level indicator located on the front of the Tank. Level one indicates lightest resistance, level ten represents heaviest resistance. The Tank‟s variable fluid resistance technology ensures an instant catch and constant resistance throughout each movement.
