1. INTRODUCTION The Transmitter (TX) and Receiver (RX) units allow you to extend Hi- Definition video and audio to long distance over single CTA5e/CAT6 or through Ethernet TCP/IP network. IR and RS-232 protocols are also channeled by the same extension, so it can provide versatile remote control features.

6. OPERATION CONTROLS AND FUNCTIONS 6.1 Transmitter Front Panel POWER RS-232 IR OUT LINK PAIR SEL FUNC RESET 2 3 4 LINK Power LED: The LED will illuminate when the device is connected with power. LINK LED: The LED will illuminate when the Transmitter is linked with Receiver.
6.2 Transmitter Rear Panel HDMI IN LINE IN LINE OUT 5V DC CAT5e/6/7 CAT5e/6/7: Connect to Receiver device with RJ-45 terminated cable. HDMI IN: This slot is to connect with input source such as DVD or Blu-ray player with connection cable. LINE IN: Connect from audio source equipment with 3.5mm phone jack cable for audio signal sending to Receiver side.
6.3 Receiver Front Panel POWER RS-232 IR OUT 2 3 4 LINK LINK PAIR SEL POWER LED: The LED will illuminate when the device is connected with power. LINK LED: The LED will illuminate when the Receiver is linked with Transmitter.
6.4 Receiver Rear Panel VIDEO RESET HDMI OUT MIC IN LINK OUT 5V DC MODE LINK CAT5e/6/7 CAT5e/6/7: Connect from transmitter device with RJ-45 terminated cable. VIDEO MODE: Press this button to switch in between the video and graphic mode. The OSD will display your selection every time when the button is pressed.
6.7 WebGUI Connect both Transmitter and Receiver with active networks through CAT5e/6/7 and make sure both network are under the same zone. On the Receiver side connect the display from HDMI output port and the screen will display both Transmitter/Remote IP and Receiver/Local Use this IP address to enter into WebGUI with web page to do the settings, control and information.

Utilities allow users to set the device setting back to factory default and or reboot the device. On the Transmitter side only it allows user to set the EDID value according to HDMI.

Statistics shows all the detail information regards of the device itself and the connected device including power status, network, video information.

Network allow user to choose IP mode, IP address and device’s mode. For every resetting a reboot is required, casting mode must adjust the hardware LINK PAIR SEL together in order to function properly.

Lastly, Function allows user to choose functions over IP/Transmitter or Receiver. By selecting Video over IP allows Receiver output display video instead of graphic image, USB over IP allows the selected device to get hold of the USB control right and Serial over IP is to set RS-232’s baud rate setting.
