Combining Oscilloscope and Coherent Receiver Unit

Position the coherent receiver unit in between the brackets with the
front flush to the bracket. Insert all 8 screws: M4x0.7 10mm, part
number 0515-2044, torque 3 Nm (26-in-lb), according to Figure 4, but
do not yet tighten them.

After all screws are inserted, tighten them completely.
