    Power semiconductor testing and replacing A separate discrete-IGBTs can be tested only when disconnected from the board with IGBT-tester. When replacing damaged IGBTs, the whole set has to be replaced, including gate resistors!! Discrete-IGBT and secondary diodes tightening torque to the heat sink is 0,6…1,2 Nm.
