Download Option:
Use the IPPhone Information option to view specific terminals based on the type,
hardware version, or firmware version. Refer to page 1-28.
1. Use the Download Option Field to select the Terminal File type and enter a
file name as required. The available file types are:
Boot&Program - Terminal firmware
Config - Terminal setup information
File name is "Config.tgz". The file extension can be ".tgz" or ".gz". If you
wish to download the ".gz" file, then you must use the file name
"terminal.gz" or "personal.gz". The DTArchiver application is used to
compress the files. This setting, along with IP firmware version 3.0 or
higher, allows you to download the file for each terminal selected (click
the check box next to the IP address/MAC address/extension number).
Flash Memory Image - Flash memory image file
File name is "imgsip.tgz".
Voicefile - Voice file for touch-tone key
File name is "voice.tgz".
Translation Data - Display language file
File name is "trnslat.tgz".
Inputfile Name - When other file types are used
File name is dependent on the type of file selected. The following are
possible:
Terminal Firmware
Local Telephone Book
Caller ID History
Download MOH Sound
Download Ring Tone 1
Download Ring Tone 2
Download Ring Tone 3
Wallpaper (IP firmware
3.0 or higher)
Before downloading the above files to the terminal, verify the files

work correctly. Additional information on the above Input File Types
can be found in the UX5000 IP Terminal Data Maintenance Tool
manual.
2. Use the Simultaneous Downloads to select the quantity of terminals (1-8)
that will access and attempt downloads at the same time. All remaining
terminals will be put into queue for next available spot. Some server
applications only have the ability to handle limited simultaneous
connections – consult your server documentation for any limitations.
