Conditions
This feature applies to IP terminals only (IP-CTS, DESI-less, Enhanced)
using IP firmware 1.3.0.0 or higher. Value IP terminals, UX Soft Phone,
and digital terminals do not support this feature (their indication is always
"red").
For this feature to work, the terminals individual settings must be set to
"Auto" within the Menu option (MENU - (1) User Setting - (1) Incoming
Call - (5) Illumination - (1) External Call or (2) Internal Call. Otherwise,
the system programming will be ignored.
When used with CygniLink, the LED color will follow the primary system
setting. When used with AspireNet, calls will always indicate with a red
LED.
The following call types are not supported by this feature and the MW
LED will indicate as red:
- Incoming trunk call via AspireNet
- Transferred call
- Transfer recall (except transfer recall to Call Coverage/Virtual Extension
key)
- Hold recall
- Camp-on callback
- Door Box call
- Extension Message Wait indication
- Voice mail message
Programming
14-01-35 : Basic Trunk Data Setup - IP Terminal MW LED
Illumination for Incoming Trunk Call
For each trunk (001-200) select the color to be used when an
incoming call trunk is received (1-9). This applies to incoming
trunk calls and forwarded trunk calls (Call Forward: All, Busy,
No Answer, Busy/No Answer, Both Ring, Follow Me). Trunk
calls via AspireNet do not follow this setting. The LED for this
type of call will be red.
1 = Do Not Use
2 = Red (default)
3 = Green
4 = Blue
5 = Yellow
6 = Purple
7 = Sky Blue
8 = White
9 = Rotation
