5.13.1.

Notes:
Before you run C_FormatMad command:
• switch AutoReader mode off (using C_SetAutoReaderConfig command)
• load the keys (default 0xff,0xff,0xff,0xff,0xff,0xff)
• turn antenna supply on (using C_TurnOnAntennaPower)
• select the cart (using C_Select command)
• login to sector with number 0, using key of AA type
