This section is used to configure the CPU.

Intel(R) SpeedStep(tm)
This field is used to enable or disable the Intel Enhanced SpeedStep Technology.
Turbo Mode
Enable or disable the turbo mode.
C states
Enable or disable C-states. By enabling it, clock and voltage will be reduced when the
system load is low.
Hyper-threading
Enable or disable Hyper-threading. When it is enabled, a physical core will perform as
two logical processors, and the user may experience better computational efficiency of
the system.
