Remove the bolt securing the old tensioner
pulley to the tensioner arm, and install a new
pulley

Remove the belt from the transmission pulleys
and the engine pulley.

Install the new belt around the engine pulley and
the 2 transmission pulleys.
9.
Install the spring on the tensioner arm and the
frame
(Figure
56).
10.
Use a ratchet in the square hole in the tensioner
arm to temporarily stretch the tensioner spring,
and align the belt to the tensioner pulley.

Maintenance
Adjusting the
Control-Handle Position
There are 2 height positions for the control handles;
high and low.
1.
Park the machine on a level surface, lower the
attachment, move the control handles to the
neutral-locked position, engage the parking
brake, shut off the engine, and remove the key.
2.
Loosen the bolts and flange nuts that attach the
handles to the levers

Align the front-to-rear position of the handles by
bringing them together to the neutral position,
