1× no flame formation at end of safety time (no gas, valves do not open, no ignition sparks).
Flame failure in flame stabilisation (ionisation electrode defective or dirty).
Flame failure at end of the safety time (ionisation electrode defective or dirty).
Value exceeds/falls below min. and max. limits during flame stabilisation or control operation (blower de-
fective, power supply to blower, electronic error in blower, cable break).
Flame failure in control mode (influence of strong winds, no gas, power or signal loss at the safety gas
control block)
After restart, the device is operated for one hour with a limited modulation range. The lowest output is lim-
ited to approx. 8 kW for devices up to 20 kW rated output and approx. 12 kW for devices with higher
rated output.
Regulation deviation during ionisation process too high (1st error) (burner earthed incorrectly or faulty
supply voltage combustion control, gas flow pressure too low, ionisation electrode bent or oxidised, ion-
isation track faulty, safety gas control block defective).
Impermissible gas fitting initialisation during 10 s (1st error) or
blower falls below 80 % of the minimum speed within 10 s (one-off error).
(Burner blower defective, incorrect gas type set, missing/wrong gas nozzle, safety gas control block de-
fective, gas flow pressure too low).
Internal electronic error – 1st error (switch device on/off).
Impermissible GPV offset value (safety gas control block defective).
No stable state in partial load reached during adjustment within the tolerance period (wind effect, speed
fluctuations, blower).
