Saddle position
is the second important bike fit
element. The up-down saddle adjustment requires
you to sit on the saddle, place your heel on the
pedal, rotate the crank towards the ground until it
is parallel to the seat tube, and look at the direction
of your foot. If it is pointing down roughly at 30
degrees, your saddle height is correct.
