0115: Adjust Wide LCT Fan Timer
Specify the duration of the airflow from the fans in each tray of the wide LCT.
This setting can be made for each tray independently.
A longer duration will prevent multiple sheets of thick, coated, or other special
paper being fed in together and becoming jammed.
