Reset Curves are the 'Reset Time Multiplier' used in the Universal Formula. The Reset Type
is activated when it is selected as IDMT. The setting range of the multiplier can be selected in
the range (0,025 – 5).
4.3.2.5.10
Trip Zone
Trip area can be selected in forward and reverse direction with ± 90 °
4.3.2.5.11
Torque Angle
The torque angle must be entered as the zone where the relay is most sensitive to fault
currents. You may notice differences in varied systems. It can be beasically set to 30° .
Torque point is obtained by adding the entered torque angle to the angle of the phase-to-phase
voltage. Protection is carried out in the area of the Torque zone, as much as the Torque Area.
4.3.2.5.12
Direction Mode
Direction mode to protect can be selected 'Forward' or 'Backward '
4.3.2.5.13
Measurement Mode
The measurement mode can be selected as RMS or Basic Sequence. The basic component
measurement is selected to use harmonic-free measured values. The RMS (Root Mean
Square) measurement is selected to use the values calculated by taking the square root of the
mean of the squares of the measured values. This value is also called Active or Effective
value.

37P Phase Undercurrent Protection
Phase Undercurrent Protection settings are located under this sections: Main Menu>
Protection Settings> Current Protection Settings> Phase Under Current Protection
The purpose of protection is to monitor phase currents and to operate below the specified low
current threshold.
Phase low current protection can be used for different purposes depending on the application
area. As application examples; detection of a fault in the event of failure of one of the breaker
