Checking the Remaining
Recordable Time
When you placed an unfinalized CD-R or
CD-RW in the DECK B, you can also check
the remaining recordable time. The
information appears as follows:
When using the remote, set DECK A/B switch
to DECK B for operations on DECK B.
Each time you press TIME, front panel display
is changed as below.
The total track number and total playing
time are displayed
TRACK
The total track number and the remaining
recordable time are displayed.
On the TOC and CD-R/RW
indicator
The CD-R/RW indicator shows which type
of recordable disc is in DECK B, and
whether the recordable disc has been already
finalized.
The CD-R/RW indicator
When you put an unfinalized CD-R disc in
the disc tray, the CD-R indicator lights up.
When you put a CD-RW disc in the disc
tray, the CD-RW indicator lights up, and it
does not matter if the disc has not been
finalized.

The TOC indicator
When you put an unfinalized CD-R/RW disc
in the disc tray, the TOC indicator lights up
in the front panel display.

When you put a CD or finalized CD-R disc in a disc
tray, the CD indicator lights up,
Adjusting the Recording
Level (ANALOG IN only)
You can adjust the recording level using the
REC LEVEL control on the front panel.
Adjust the recording level so that the
"OVER" indicator on the level is not
normally appears.
