Make the following processing on sequence programs.

Ladder which checks the off fall of the reset
switch, accepts reset request, and clears the
interlock for the CC-Link Safety.
Ladder which confirms the interlock processing
completion and cancels interlock clear request.
Ladder which checks the off fall of the start
switch and accepts start request.
Ladder which checks contactors for welding.
T0 is a delay timer which waits for contactors
to actually be turned off after the off output of
the contactors.
Ladder which checks whether a robot can
start and continue operation.
Ladder which clears start request/reset
request when safety cannot be confirmed.
Ladder which controls outputs to contactors.
