3. Set Keyboard to Local control off. (Figure 1).
4. Set Pitch Bend range to 2 for Mode 3.
5. You may further adjust the pitch of each note in the octave (C to B) to -64/+63 cents by
programming your own User Scales 01-09. User 00 is set to -50 cents "fixed."
