• EM2 (Forced stop 2) or EM1 (Forced stop 1) was turned off.

Cause
1.
EM2/EM1 was turned off.
2.
An external 24 V DC power supply has not
been inputted.
3.
The servo amplifier is malfunctioning.
Check/action method
After ensuring safety, turn EM2/EM1 on.
Input the external 24 V DC power supply.
Replace the servo amplifier.
