[AL. 050_Overload 1]

• The load exceeded the overload protection characteristics of the servo amplifier.
[AL. 050.1_Thermal overload error 1 during operation]
Cause
1.
The servo motor power cable was
disconnected.
2.
The connection of the servo motor is incorrect.
3.
The electromagnetic brake has not been
released. (Electromagnetic brake is activated.)
4.
An electrical current was applied to the servo
amplifier in excess of continuous output
current.
5.
The connection destination of the encoder
cable is incorrect.
6.
The servo system is unstable and resonating.
7.
The servo amplifier is malfunctioning.
8.
The encoder or linear encoder is
malfunctioning.

1.3 Handling methods for alarms/warnings
Check/action method
Check the servo motor power cable, and then repair or replace the cable.
Check the U/V/W wiring.
Refer to "Connection example of power supply circuit" in the following manual.
MR-J5 User's Manual (Hardware)
Check if the electromagnetic brake is released during operation.
Check the effective load ratio.
If the effective load ratio is high, reduce the load. Otherwise, replace the servo
motor with a larger-capacity servo motor.
Check the connection destinations of CN2A, CN2B, and CN2C.
Adjust gain so the resonance does not occur.
Refer to the following manual.

Replace the servo amplifier.
Replace the servo motor or linear encoder.
Check/action method
Review the operation pattern to avoid collision.
Check the servo motor power cable, and then repair or replace the cable.
Adjust the gain to ensure hunting does not occur.
Refer to the following manual.
