WORKOUT PROGRAM DETAILS CONTINUED
HEART RATE PROGRAM SET-UP (P8) (This program is
optional and must be used with the chest strap)
The purpose of this program is self-training based on heart rate. During the workout,
when the runner's heart rate achieves the target heart rate that you entered, the speed and
elevation will be kept within a certain range for best training effort.
