Installing the Fan into the Wall Opening - External Mount (for 54" only)

Exterior mounting of the fan is advantageous when using pre-assembled fans, retrofitting or due to wall thickness.
They may be easily mounted to the exterior sidewalls of the building (with or without cones attached). Fans may
have been purchased pre-assembled or you may assemble the fan before mounting to the exterior. Directions
for fan and cone assembly are on previous pages in detail. Use #10 fasteners. (Screws are not included and must
be provided by the installer.) Shutters are installed on the inside of the building and secured by attaching Shutter
Clips evently around the Shutter frame using the screws provided.

FLANGE OF THE FAN HOUSING .
