8. Slide the blade onto the Drive Shaft and position the blade so the tip protrudes from the orifice edge ½". The
shaft should be flush with the blade hub and adjust if necessary, shown in Figure 10a. Once the blade has been
positioned properly tighten the setscrew (to approximately 80 – 85 in. lbs.). Be sure the blade is centered in the
orifice all around. Secure the blade onto the shaft using 936032 (¼" x ¼" x 1 3/4") Key.

9. Slide the blade onto the Drive Shaft and attach using the ZFB302 1"ID X 1 3/4"OD TRANTORQUE.
10. Use the same procedure as installing the Galvanized Blade. Position the blade so the blade tip protrudes from
the orifice edge ½" (1.27cm). Secure the blade onto the shaft using ZFB302 1" I.D. X 1 ¾" O.D. Tran Torque.

Once the blade has been positioned properly tighten the Trantorque (to approxi-
mately 150 ft. lbs.). Be sure the blade is centered in the orifice all around. Adjust if
necessary. Refer to Figures 11 and 11a.
