Identifying Versions of Hardware.

The version 3 hardware has ONLY 1 SQUARE processor chip for the UID number.

The Version 2 hardware has a UID SQUARE processor chip + a WSI processor
SQUARE chip next to it.

4.2 Final configuration

Final configuration involves using EXgarde to program the required features into
EXcel .
