PROBLEM
11. Product is not feeding into
the freezing cylinder.
Troubleshooting Guide
PROBABLE CAUSE
a. Inadequate level of mix in
the mix hopper.
b. The mix inlet hole is
frozen up.
c. The air tube is installed
incorrectly.
d. The air orifice is not
installed.

REMEDY
a. Fill the mix hopper with
mix.
b. The mix hopper
temperature needs
adjustment. Call service
technician.
c. Install the air tube in the
mix inlet hole, using the
end with the small hole in
the side.
d. Install the air orifice in the
air tube.
