Chapter 2� Hardware Setup SB101-LB User Manual Chapter 2. Hardware Setup 2�1 Central Processing Unit (CPU) 2�1�1 Removing the processor Step 1 Remove the heatsink. The heatsink is attached to the server board or -processor socket with captive fasteners. Use a #2 Phillips* screwdriver to loosen the screws x 4 located on the heatsink corners diagonally using the following procedure (1a) to (1b).
