The ECG device did not connect
to the NTP server.
The ECG device cannot
communicate to the network.
Do this...
Press Setup and select Network
Connection | NTP URL/IP address and
check the settings.
Press Setup and select Network
Connection check the settings for IP
address, Gateway, and Subnet mask
