As a rule to use all keys on a specific telephone, program the
following group numbers:

• EXECUTIVE, Dialog 3213, 1 key panel
• EXECUTIVE, Dialog 3213, 2 key panels
• EXECUTIVE, Dialog 3213, 3 key panels
• EXECUTIVE, Dialog 3213, 4 key panels
• OPERATOR, Dialog 3214, no key panel
• OPERATOR, Dialog 3214, 1 key panel
